Of the 17 counties in Nevada, Clark County had the most rural property and land for sale. The most expensive land listed for sale in Nevada on Lands of America recently was $9 million, while the average price of land, homesites and other rural acreage for sale in Nevada was $537,107. There were 56 acres of sold land in Nevada recorded in October 2018 through the Lands of America sales program. This reflects an increase in sales activity over data from August 2018.
