Lands of America recently had $166 million in land and rural property for sale in Nevada. This represents a combined 156,761 acres of land for sale in the state. The most expensive property listed for sale on Lands of America recently was $9 million, while the median price for land, ranches and rural property in Nevada came in at $213,747. The average price of land advertised for sale in Nevada was $420,620. There was 336 acres of sold land in Nevada recorded in March 2018 through the Lands of America sales program. This reflects an increase in sales activity over data from the previous period. The total value of this sold land and rural real estate was $802,691.
